I entered The Salvation Army because I lost my identity.  Alcohol twisted, warped and changed my whole perception of making simple right from wrong decisions about money, health, relationships ... life in general.  I don't remember what exactly brought me to the point that 'enough is enough'.  I wanted to feel with my five senses and report back to my brain something real, solid and desirable ... a billion times better than living in a constant fog.  I believe in God because only He could have delivered me from a life riddled with pain and agony.  Thank you to The Salvation Army for putting a program of rehabilitation in place that I can and do work; and one that gives me strength, stability and hope for tomorrow.
